Antigona Bukleska Mladenovik

She was born in Skopje, 1972, where she completed secondary and higher education at the Faculty of Economics at UKIM.

Her professional career in the field of finance and banking began in 2003 at Komercijalna banka AD Skopje, in the Liquidity and Financial Markets Department. Within this Sector, from March 2008 to February 2019, she was the Director of the Directorate for Custodial Affairs, and from March 2019 to February 2021, she was the Director of the Directorate for Liquidity and Background Affairs.

Since March 2021, she has been the Director of the Liquidity and Financial Market Department at Komercijalna banka AD Skopje.

In the period January 2006-October 2007, she was engaged in the activities for the founding of the Bank's associated company, KB Prvo Penzisko savstvo AD Skopje.

She has a Certificate for working with securities and a Certificate for investment advisor, issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia.

In the period from April 2011 to October 2018, in two terms, she held the position of President and Non-Executive member of the Board of Directors of the Central Securities Depository AD Skopje.

From January 2023, she was appointed as the Chairman of the Liquidity Commission at the Macedonian Banking Association, with a mandate of four years.
