Arbitration rules

The Rules of Arbitration of the Macedonian Securities Exchange and the Central Securities Depository AD Skopje regulate the method of resolution of disputes between the members of the Exchange and their clients, as well as between the members of the Depository and their clients in a justified, efficient and honest manner.
