Other services for issuers of securities

CSD provides additional services for securities issuers such as calculation and distribution of dividends, interest, payment of principal installments and payment of principal at maturity. These services are related to the rights arising from the issued securities and are specified in the act for issuance, or appropriate decisions enacted by the issuers. This includes services for conversion of the type of the shares, the conversion of the nominal value of shares and other services.

At the request of the issuers, CSD may deliver notices to holders of securities associated with implemented corporate actions and calls for shareholders meetings.
