Rules of conduct and discipline

The Rules of Conduct and Discipline regulate the conduct of members of the Central Securities Depositary AD Skopje, their directors, authorized brokers, concerning the observance and implementation of the acts of the Depositary and the rules regarding securities operations, as well as disciplinary procedures and measures in cases of failure to observe the acts of the Depositary and the regulation about securities operations.
