Issuing a statement of account

For issuance of a statement of account, the following should be submitted:

• Natural persons (if the person is present at the CSD premisses):

            1. ID card/ Passport and

            2. Evidence that the payment of the prescribed fee was made.

• Legal entities (if a representative of the legal entity is present in CSD premisses)

            1. Authorisation issued by the legal entity and

            2. Evidence that the payment of the prescribed fee was made.

 If the request for issuing a Statement of account is submitted by post it should be sent to the CSD’s address  Kuzman Josifovski Pitu 1, 1000 Skopje, Republic of Macedonia, accompanied by the evidence of the payment of the appropriate fee.
