Board of Directors

To the extent of the authorizations defined in the Law on trade companies and the Charter of the Central Securities Depositary AD Skopje, the Board of Directors of CSD is the body in charge of management of the company.

The board of directors of CSD is made up of 8 members, 7 of which are non-executive, and one an executive member who carries the Executive Directortitle. Three of the non-executive members are independent members of the Board of Directors of CSD.
