Shareholders book

Documentation required to acquire a shareholders book:

• Request from the issuer for a shareholders book ( stating: the latest status or with a status at particular date) defining the format in which the book is required to be issued (electronic or paper format);
• Authorization for the person who will acquire the shareholders book. The authorization shall include the name and the identity card number of the person who acquires the shareholders book;
• Payment of the fee for issuance of the shareholders book (tariff no. 1.3.1, 1.3.2, 1.3.3 and 1.3.4).
