Membership rules

CSD Membership rules regulate the conditions, the manner and the procedure of acceptance of members in the Central Securities Depositary AD Skopje, rights and obligations of members of the Depositary and termination of membership, as well as the work of authorized brokers for a Depositary member. Once an entity becomes a member, it irrevocably agrees to the application of the Charter and other acts of the Depositary.
